For all orders shipping to a UK address, our standard shipping is by APC Courier.

For all orders shipping to a EU/International address, our standard shipping is by FedEx International.


NOTE: We do not supply stock paints. All paints are matched perfectly to your supplied paint code and are produced at our plant in the US, we ship weekly and deliver to our satisfied customers accordingly, so please allow 10 working days from placement of order to delivery.


If you provided us with an email address at the time you placed your order, you will receive an Email Invoice/Order Confirmation. Please check your spam folder, because occasionally emails aren't recognised and are placed into the SPAM folder or junk mail folder.

We guarantee our paint will match the original OEM factory colour chip. PLEASE CONFIRM THE ACCURACY OF THE COLOUR MATCH UPON RECEIPT OF YOUR ORDER. WE HAVE A 60 DAY LIMIT ON PRODUCT RETURNS OR ISSUES WITH COLOUR MATCH.


COLOUR MATCH ISSUES

Our paints are mixed by hand one at a time, and while we're pretty darn good, we can occasionally screw up an order. If its our fault, we'll do our best to correct it and ship you another bottle at no charge. If we can't get it right, we'll refund your purchase price upon return of the kit - guaranteed. In the event you test the paint and determine it is not a good match, we will try to work with you to solve the problem. Please contact us and describe the discrepancy.

DO NOT RETURN THE PAINT KIT UNLESS YOU HAVE BEEN PROVIDED A RETURN AUTHORISATION NUMBER.

Kits returned to us without this information will be refused and/or will not be refunded.

We provide a custom product. Each order is processed individually as it is received for that particular customer. We cannot resell old paint and therefore we do not allow for returns or refunds for any of the following reasons:


1. You have changed your mind and no longer want the kit.

2. You sold the car.

3. You decided to take the car in to have it professionally repaired.

4. You couldn't get the repairs made to your satisfaction.


While we do guarantee the colour match of your paint if we have a sample to match to, we can't guarantee that it will repair all types of damage to each individual's satisfaction. We do know that we offer the best product for paint chip repair, and if used properly for this type of damage it will produce excellent results.


We try to provide as much information as possible on our website to help our customers decide if our product is the right choice for the repairs they are looking to make. You can also find the colour code on your car with our guide, but please note that the positioning of the colour code identification is frequently placed in various positions that is not always easy to find.

ALFA ROMEO

Alfa Romeo has a few paint code locations. Check on the edge of the boot lid, or in some cases under the bonnet (actually on the under side of the bonnet). An Alfa Romeo Colour Code is typically 3 or 4 digits long, but can also be a letter/number combination and can be found on a chrome sticker. In most cases this will also include the colour name.

AUDI

Audi has a few paint code locations within the boot area. Check under the boot lid, inside the rear compartment, under the mat, or on the spare tire wheel well. An Audi Colour Code is typically 2,3 or 4 numbers long, but can also be a letter/number combination. If you can't find the sticker on the car some dealers will put it inside the service log book.

BMW

BMW has a few paint code locations, most commonly in the drivers door. Other models such as 5 Series are behind the drivers headlight (where you will replace the bulb), or older models may be found on top of the suspension mounting on the passenger side. An BMW Colour Code is typically 3 or 4 digits long, but can also be a letter/number combination.

CITROEN

Citroen has one main area for a paint code, check the drivers door sill near the hinges, or the drivers door jamb. A Citroen Colour Code is typically 4 digits long, this can also be a letter/number combination.

FIAT

Fiat has a few paint code locations. Check on the edge of the boot lid, or in some cases under the bonnet (actually on the under side of the bonnet). A Fiat Colour Code is typically 3 or 4 digits long, but can also be a letter/number combination and can be found on a chrome sticker. In most cases this will also include the colour name.

FORD

Ford has a few paint code locations, most commonly in the drivers door. Another common location is under the bonnet where the bonnet catch is. A Ford Colour Code is typically 2 digits long, and can be a letter/number combination.

HONDA

Honda has a few paint code locations, most commonly under the bonnet on top of the suspension mounting on the passenger side. Another common location is in the passenger door sill corner. A Honda Colour Code is typically a letter, four numbers then a letter, for example B700M

JAGUAR

Jaguar has one main area for a paint code, check the passenger door sill or the passenger door jamb. If this cant be found then check under the bonnet. A Jaguar Colour Code is typically 3 digits long and is after the work PAINT, this can also be a letter/number combination.

Lexus has one main area for a paint code, check the passenger door sill or the passenger door jamb. A Lexus Colour Code is typically 3, 4 digits long, this can also be a letter/number combination.

MAZDA

Mazda do not have a colour code on the vehicle. You may find the code in the first page of the cars service book marked "colour code".

MERCEDES

Mercedes paint codes can be found in the drivers door on a black sticker. A Mercedes Colour Code is typically 3 or 4 digits long, but can also be a letter/number combination.

MINI (NEW SHAPE)

Mini paint codes are most commonly found when you lift the bonnet, over the drivers front wheel arch. A Mini Colour Code is typically 3 or 4 digits long, but can also be a letter/number combination.

MITSUBISHI

Mitsubishi paint codes can be found under the bonnet on the bulk head (at the back) of the engine bay. A Mitsubishi Colour Code is typically 3 or 4 digits long, but can also be a letter/number combination.

NISSAN

Nissan paint codes can be found under the bonnet on the bulk head (at the back) of the engine bay, other locations are the drivers door at the bottom of the door. Some Xtrail models and Tino models can be found in the footwell under the carpet cut out (near the handle that slides the seat back). A Nissan Colour Code is typically 3 or 4 digits long, but can also be a letter/number combination.

PEUGEOT

Peugeot has one main area for a paint code, check the drivers door sill near the hinges, or the drivers door jamb. A Peugeot Colour Code is Typically 4 digits long, this can be a letter / number combination.

PORSCHE

Porsche colour codes can be found under the front bonnet lid on a white paper sticker. The code is marked "Paint/Laquer no." A Porsche colour code is Typically 2,3 or 4 numbers long, but so can be a letter / number combination. If you can not find the sticker on the car some dealers will put it inside the service log book.

RENAULT

Renault has one main area for a paint code, check the drivers door sill or the drivers door jamb. A Renault Colour Code is typically 3, 4 digits long, this can also be a letter/number combination.

ROVER / MG

Rover has one main area for a paint code, check the passenger door sill. On some models you will find the code in the engine bay on the bulk head (at the back). A Rover Colour Code is typically 3, 4 digits long, this can also be a letter/number combination.

SAAB

SAAB paint codes can be found in the glove box cover, or in the passenger door sill. A Saab Colour Code is typically 3, 4 digits long, this can also be a letter/number combination.

SEAT

TOYOTA

Toyota paint codes can be found under the bonnet on the suspension mounting, on the bulk head (at the back) of the engine bay, or in the passenger door sill. A Toyota Colour Code is typically 3 or 4 digits long, but can also be a letter/number combination.

VAUXHALL

Vauxhall has one main area for a paint code, check the drivers door sill or the drivers door jamb. Some newer models such as insignias are in the passenger door sill. Some old models will be under the bonnet. A Vauxhall Colour Code is typically 3, 4 digits long, this can also be a letter/number combination.

VW

VW Paintcodes are usually on a paper sticker which is mainly located inside the rear panel or under the boot carpet. VW Paint codes are usually made of 3 letters and a number. A dealer may also log your paint code in the log book.

It is possible to obtain your colour code by contacting your car manufacturer on one of the numbers we have provided below. Or call your local dealer and speak to the parts department who can then look up your colour code on the manufacturer's database. You will need both the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) which is on your registration document (and can also be found on the lower windscreen on modern cars) and your registration number.
